Our design philosophy is based on goals addressing
social use, technology and aesthetic expression.
The completed work would push frontiers in
structural and construction technology to accommodate practical, flexible
operational requirements in an aesthetically pleasing space.
Our design would expand on an early minimalist
approach given added contemporary expression through the incorporation of
advanced technology.
We aim to deliver a completely integrated work of
art, with interior design, furnishings, equipment and selected artworks
receiving equal attention to form a cohesive whole.
Concept:
- The planning of
our buildings is based on simple and strong concepts
- Plans always focus
on business needs and on the satisfaction of visitors to the centre.
Economical building design:
- Construction
methods are integrated into the design from the beginning.
- To minimise energy
consumption.
Technological:
- Creates long span,
column-free flexible interiors which integrate mechanical services within
the depth of structural floors.
Aesthetical:
- Follows principles
of modern architecture.
- Short-lived
fashions and unnecessarily decorative styling is avoided.
Our aim of aesthetic and physical durability
predominates. Technology will give us the tools to create an enjoyable and
compelling architectural space.
Planning:
The aim of our architecture must not be limited to
an individual building however excellent it may be, but to planning the overall
environment in which it stands.
By attempting to provide generous surrounding
public urban spaces which attract spending customers, our visions will ensure
the natural fit of facilities within their local communities.
